# YES # YES EXACTLY # anyone who says that Amy wasn't affected by having Melody taken away was clearly NOT WATCHING THE DAMN SHOW # I swear I sometimes wonder if people were even watching the same program as I was # just because Amy isn't crying and emoting all over the place doesn't mean she doesn't feel things # there is more than one way to feel emotions # and Amy bottles everything inside of herself until it is too much to bear # because years of abandonment and solitude means that she doesn't think anyone will stick around long enough to care about her feelings # Amelia Jessica Pond is a complex and multi-faceted character and whoever says she is not is wrong
